CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Dawn Stanfill Foundation will end Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in style once again with their milestone 10th annual Dancing Til’ Dawn event, on September 29 at F&M Bank downtown Clarksville.

This year’s Dancing Til’ Dawn will be an Elegant Evening Garden Party, where beautiful floral attire is encouraged but not required. All proceeds go directly to the foundation, which gives financial and gift aid to local children and their families who are battling pediatric cancer in the Middle Tennessee area.

The Foundation was started in 2009 by Brittnye Stanfill in honor of her mother, Dawn Clark Stanfill, who lost her fight with breast cancer in 2007. Dawn Stanfill had devoted her life to children as a teacher in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System for over 20 years.

At this year’s event, guests can expect an exciting night to include a dancing, a full dinner provided by Olive Garden, drinks from local distributors, a silent auction full of awesome items, and raffle tickets for purchase for an incredible weekend getaway to Historic Downtown Savannah.

A few highlighted items up for bid include a Nashville Predators autographed hockey puck, Vanderbilt football tickets, City Winery show tickets, and so much more.
