CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- (CLARKSVILLENOW) Local therapy animal group, Tender Paws, is partnering with the Clarksville Humane Society  to host a local group for the Pet Partners World’s Largest Dog Walk.

There will be two walks at the Clarksville Airport on September 29, 2018 beginning at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m during the Wags & Wings Family Fun & Oktoberfest. The goal of the event is to get as many people as possible to walk with their pets to advocate healthy living.

There is no fee or registration to participate in the walks, though there is an admission for the event ($10 for 13 and up, $5 for ages 5-12, 4 and under are free). An official walking bib will be available to print at home, and commemorative event shirts are available at the Pet Partners website.

Don’t forget to take pictures and post selfies of you and your pets to share with Pet Partners’ social media channels. Use the hashtags #WorldsLargestPetWalk2018 and #PetPartners so others can see what you are doing to stay fit and active with your animal.
