MEMPHIS, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – An AMBER Alert that was issued for a newborn baby in the Memphis, TN area early Wednesday morning has been canceled as of 11:30 a.m. TBi said Steven Smith has been found safe and his non-custodial father is in police custody.

The TN Bureau of Investigation (TBI) said 3-week-old Steven Smith was taken by his non-custodial father, Stevie Boyd, who should be considered armed.
Steven weighs seven pounds and was wearing a black shirt when he was taken. Boyd, 21, is six feet tall and weighs 136 pounds. He is pictured in the tweet below.
