Clarksville, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Austin Peay State University Governors Club hosted the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours Thursday at Fortera Stadium.
During the event APSU President Alisa White, along with Tennessee State Representatives Curtis Johnson, Joe Pitts and Jay Reedy recognized three Governors head coaches for their accomplishments at the university.
Head Football Coach Will Healy, Head Volleyball Coach Taylor Mott and Men’s Head Basketball Coach Matt Figger were honored with resolutions from Tennessee State lawmakers. APSU’s new Director of Athletics, Gerald Harrison also spoke to got the crowd pumped up for the upcoming season of Governors sports action.
