Top Democratic candidates for governor, Karl Dean and Craig Fitzhugh, will participate in a live debate in Knoxville, Tennessee, Sunday night.
The hour-long debate will be held at the Clayton Performing Arts Center at Pellissippi State Community College and will be aired live across Tennessee, including Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, Jackson, the Tri-Cities, Chattanooga and Huntsville, Alabama.
Dean and Fitzhugh will answer questions about Tennessee’s education and healthcare issues, along with local and candidate-specific topics.
Sunday’s debate will be the last time the candidates will meet on-stage in a debate before the primary election on August 2.
