Elda Louise Cherry, age 68, passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 at her home in Clarksville while surrounded by her loving family.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Terrell Marcom officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Elda’s family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Elda entered into this life on June 4, 1950 in Maryville, Tennessee. She was a member of Excell Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband Carmen Cherry she is survived by her other loving family, son James Eric Davis (Angelica); children by marriage Neal Cherry, Rebecca Bailliez, and Jessica Ray; her sister Doris Ann Johnson (Eddie); and her granddaughters whom she adored, Angela, Victoria, and Jessica.
Pallbearers will be Neal Cherry, Chris Ireland, Fred Smith, Bernard Charnoski, Gary Osborne, David Castile, and Scott Osborne.
