FORT CAMPBELL, Ky– (CLARKSVILLENOW) In honor of the national observance of Independence Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holiday Wednesday, July 4.

All outpatient services and pharmacies will be closed. Hospital staff members will continue to provide acute and emergency medical care 24/7 through the Emergency Department and inpatient services.

BACH services available July 5 and 6
Soldier and Family Medical Homes, primary care services
BACH Family Centered Medical Homes will remain open normal business hours for scheduled appointments July 5 and 6. Soldier Health Services, including Byrd, Campbell Army Medical Home and LaPointe, will consolidate at Byrd Soldier Medical Home July 5 with all Soldier Health Service medical homes reopening normal hours July 6.

Medical specialty services
Medical specialty clinics will be closed July 5 on the Fort Campbell Day of No Scheduled Activities. Allergy, Neurology and surgical clinics will operate normal clinic hours July 6.

The department of behavioral health will operate on a DONSA schedule July 5 with Embedded Behavioral Health services consolidating to the Multidisciplinary Clinic, located inside the E Building within the hospital. The Behavioral Health services will operate normal clinic hours July 6. The Women’s Health Clinic (OBGYN clinic) will be closed July 5 and reopen normal business hours July 6. Women who are less than 20 weeks pregnant with a pregnancy related medical emergency should go to the nearest emergency room. Women who are greater than 20 weeks pregnant with a pregnancy related medical emergency should go to BACH’s Labor and Delivery unit.

Pharmacy services
All BACH outpatient pharmacies will be closed Wednesday, July 4 on the federal holiday.

On July 5, Byrd, the Main hospital and Screaming Eagle Medical Home pharmacies will open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Town Center Pharmacy will open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On July 6, The Main hospital and Town Center pharmacies operate normal business hours; Byrd pharmacy opens from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Screaming Eagle Medical Home opens from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Campbell Army Airfield and LaPointe pharmacy services will be available at the Main hospital and Town Center pharmacies on both July 5 and 6.
