CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The next Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series & Street Fair is this Friday, June 15 at 6 p.m. at the Downtown Commons (215 Legion Street).

The free event features a concert from country band Trailer Choir, who charted the Billboard Hot Country Charts with songs like “Rockin’ the Beer Gut” and “What Would You Say.” Openers include Aaron Lessard, a solo artist based in Nashville, known for having a heavy jazz influence and US Marine Corps Veteran Chris Turner, a singer/ songwriter from Ninety Six, South Carolina.

Strawberry Alley’s Street Fair will host vendors like The Dude with a Camera, Journey’s Eye Studio, Sacer & Savive, and ART Link, selling art and vintage items. Smackin’ Brats and Kona Ice will be vending on Main Street.

The street fair begins at 6 p.m. Beer, soda, and water sales are cash only.

Openers start at 7 p.m. and the featured artist takes the stage at 8 p.m. Chair and blankets are welcome but coolers and pets must be left at home.

Street closures will begin at 1 p.m. Friday on Strawberry Alley and on Main Street from Second Street to Third Street.

Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series & Street Fair will continue on the third Friday of the month through October.
