CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of April.
On April 10, the Chamber will be holding the inaugural GrowCo Entrepreneurship Award event. The award will be presented to a local entrepreneur who has worked to change the landscape and culture of our business community.
Join us at the newest local entertainment attraction, The City Forum, 2231 Madison St., as the Chamber honors the Knott and Armitstead families. Guests will also be given the opportunity to enjoy a free lunch and tour the venue before it is open to the public! You must RSVP in order to attend. The Chamber’s Business after Hours will be held on Thursday, April 19 from 5-7 p.m. The event will be held by Fortera Credit Union at the new Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St. This networking event is offered at no cost to Chamber members.
The Chamber’s annual Warrior Week celebration will be April 23, 24 and 28. The celebration will begin with a free movie night on Monday, April 23 at 6:30 p.m. sponsored by Fortera Credit Union. The featured picture is “Sherlock Gnomes” at Regal Clarksville Stadium 16, 1810 Tiny Town Rd., and is free for all active duty military ID cardholders.
The 25th Annual Godfather Invitational Golf Tournament will take place on Tuesday, April 24 beginning at noon at the Clarksville Country Club, 334 Fairway Drive. The tournament is sponsored by Dodge’s Chicken and Montgomery County.
