CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – As temperatures continue to drop this week, the Clarksville area may see some snow showers this weekend.
The National Weather Service says rain on Friday may change over to snow showers overnight as the temperature drops to the freezing point.
There is a 20 percent chance of snow before 1 p.m. Saturday. Any snow that does fall will disappear quickly as the temperature rises to around 45 degrees later in the day.
More rain showers are expected Sunday.
A Freeze Warning is in effect for Middle Tennessee through 9 a.m. Thursday.
