CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A man is in critical condition after being shot at Belle Forest at Memorial Apartments (2191 Memorial Drive) Sunday evening.
Clarksville Police Department spokesman Jim Knoll said police received a shots fired call around 4:45 p.m. Sunday. When officers arrived they found a man with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle in the parking lot in front of the ‘N’ building.
The man was transported by EMS in extremely critical condition.
Police believe the suspect left the scene. A description is not available at this time.
The surrounding area has been cordoned off while investigators process the scene and interview potential witnesses.
