CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – UPDATE: Carmen N. Fernandez-Rios has been located and is safe.
Clarksville police are attempting to locale a missing woman who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
Carmen N. Fernandez-Rios, 69, was last seen around Monday, March 12 around 10:30 p.m. and was reported missing from her home at 1573 Buchanan Dr. around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said she recently arrived from Puerto Rico and speaks very little English. She also had a stroke within the last two weeks, which has given her limited mobility in her left arm.
Fernandez-Rios was last seen in a blue night gown with a pig photo on the front with the word ‘Instaham’ on it. She is 5’4″, 110 pounds, and has gray hair.
She does not drive and does not have friends in the local area.
