CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A group of students at Richview Middle School decided to spread the love Thursday morning.

The students wrote over 1,000 positive, kind, or encouraging messages on post-it notes and left them on students’ lockers to see when they got to school.

Each locker had a post-it note so that every student would have a positive message to read. Congrats to these students for spreading hope and kindness.

Richview Middle School Principal, Lisa Clark, said the students came to her with the idea of doing something special. “With everything going on in the world we needed to focus on something more positive and talk about kindness and encouragement. It was really exciting to see and hear the reactions of the fellow students when they saw their notes,” said Clark.
