CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Bi-County Solid Waste Management will celebrate America Recycles Day Saturday, Nov. 16 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lowes Home Improvement on Lowes Drive.
Participants are asked to bring a recyclable can or plastic bottle to be automatically entered in a drawing for prizes.
