JoAnn passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018.
She was born on February 21, 1956 to Ruben Tramill and Frankie Lee Thomas Tramil.
In addition to her mother, her brothers, Albert and Ruben Tramill, Jr., also precede her in death.
She is survived by companion Marlon McKeage, father Ruben Tramill; sister Lois Tramill-Lisenbee; brothers Gus Tramill and Richard Tramill; nieces Lakisha Williams, Temeka Tramill, Shanika Tramill, Tanisha Tramill and Latisha Tramill; nephew Christopher Lisenbee, and a host of aunts, uncles and friends.
