CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Police Department conducted saturation patrols to find and remove impaired drivers from the streets of Clarksville Dec. 29 through 31 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 4 a.m.
