Greg passed away on Sunday, Dec 31, 2017 at his residence.
A celebration of life service for Gregory Alan Stewart, age 56 of Clarksville, will be Thursday, Jan 04, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, with Bro. John Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Nannie Hollis Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Jan 03, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and again Thursday, Jan 04, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church.
He was born on Sep 21, 1961 in Montgomery County, TN to Billy Sr. and Shirley Stewart. He was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, and loved camping and Nascar.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his grandparents; O’Dell and Ruth Hollis and Mannie and Florence Stewart. He is survived by his loving wife, Missy Stokely Stewart, daughter, Ashley Stewart, sons; Charles (Ashlee) Stokely, Steve (Aryel) Stokely, Jon (Ashley) Spurlock, Lenny (Ashlee) Spurlock, brothers; Bill Stewart Jr., Bob Stewart, Randy (Beth) Stewart, sisters; Cindy Stewart (Rick), Lisa (Billy) McCormick, and grandchildren, Steven Zachary Spurlock and Addyson Battle.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church Building Fund.
