CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Be sure to stock up on wine and liquor before the holidays, because you won’t be able to purchase your supplies on Monday for the next two weeks.

Grocery stores in the state of Tennessee are not legally able to sell wine on Sundays or on certain holidays, such as Christmas and New Year’s Day, which both fall on a Monday this year.

Liquor stores in Tennessee also won’t be open on these days.

Beer is still available for purchase in grocery and convenience stores on Sunday and holidays.
