CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police are looking for a man who allegedly pulled a knife on a jogger who complained about his dog not being on a leash.
Police said on Nov. 7 around 4:20 p.m. a 31-year-old jogger got into an argument with the owners of a large pit bull because the dog was not on a leash. The jogger said the dog was running toward him.
The suspect, Jonathan Humphrey, is accused of pulling out a large knife and walking toward the jogger, who ran into a convenience store to get away. The victims aid Humphrey followed him inside, yelled profanities, then walked out of the store.
