CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Local Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts recently helped out with a a landscaping project at Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville.

Chris Ingram, Caretaker Greenwood Cemetery, along with Mr. Jackson and Mr. Allbright from the Montgomery County Tree Board thanked Girl Scout Troop leader Krystal Bembrey with Jadlin Bembrey and Myah Smith from troop #245 and Boy Scout Jerimah Smith from Troop #1599 for assisting with the tree planting.

The tree, an October Glory Maple, was donated by Chris Wofford of Wofford Nursery of Clarksville to Greenwood Cemetery. It was added to Section 18 of the cemetery.
