CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Clarksville AAU girls team, Lady Shooters, went to compete in the AAU National Basketball Championship on Tuesday, July 11.

Lady Shooters AAU Middle School Girls team entered the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orland, Fl to defeat 4 of 4 of their opponents which lead them to the Final Four. The Lady Shooters placed 4th in the tournament. Four of the Lady Shooters received medals.

Congratulations to Lady Shooters Champions: Cierra Bowser, Emani Collier, Kahlia Flowers, Amira Harris, Nichole Hunter, Rachel Lopes, Krysonie Mitchell, Kara Ross, Xa’Vyauna Tolton, and Alexis Wimberly.

A special thanks to Coach Rick Perkins and Coach Curtis Mitchell for all of the hard work and dedication to making the girls better basketball players, hard-workers and better people.
