CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Remnants of Tropical Depression Cindy will drench parts of Tennessee and Kentucky, bringing heavy rainfall, possible flash flooding and higher river and lake levels through early Saturday.
Some of the storms may be severe with periodic heavy rainfall. Flash flooding is also possible.
