Arielle passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Funeral service for Arielle Saniyah Alphonse, of Clarksville, will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home.
She was born on October 15, 2016 in Nashville, TN to Sterling J. and Dommonique Alphonse.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Sterling Alphonse.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Ta’Kai Alphonse, sister, Ariana Alphonse, maternal grandparents, Gerald and Kathy Taylor, paternal grandmother, Hilliene Rosariom, aunt, Melissa Alphonse, uncles, Frandy Cadet, Sterling Alphonse, and Gerald Taylor II.
