A Facebook page for the event states the fundraiser is a way to “let this tragedy be an opportunity for all of us to come together as a community regardless of age, race, religion or orientation.”

The show begins at 8:00 p.m.

Admission is $10 and all funds from the door as well as tips given to the performers will go to the official Pulse Victims Fund started by Equality Florida, the state’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization.

“They’re working with a team of attorneys and experts including he national center for victims of crime which deployed funds to shooting victims in Chattanooga and Aurora, Colorado to insure the funds are distributed correctly,” Combs said.

Combs said police will be present and there will be bag restrictions for patrons.
