CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Officers representing the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) visited Guardian Angel Child Development on Dean Rd. Thursday to pick up gifts the kids had waiting for the CPD for National Police Week.

It was such a blessing to see how excited they were to show us what they made for us and how much they appreciated us! They gave us gifts they made and little snacks to take back to the department and distribute to other officers.

We would like to thank the children and the Guardian Angel staff for inviting us out today. Kudos to the staff!

There were several children out, and they were amazingly well-behaved. We were happy to have the opportunity to go out and meet these kids! They made our day!
