PEMBROKE, Ky. – MB Roland Distillery will begin bottling a steady flow of Kentucky Straight Bourbon on Monday, May 9, 2016.
The distillery has produced several batches of its unique “distillation & barrel proof” bourbon in the past, but this next batch is unique as it will be the first of many in a regular sequence of bottlings to ensure a steady supply of the product will be available for tastings and purchases on site at the distillery gift shop.
This bourbon is truly a Christian County original; sourced from locally-grown white corn, double pot distilled, aged in Kentucky-made barrels, and bottled uncut and unfiltered. Each batch is individually numbered and labeled by hand at the distillery.
The bourbon will also be distributed in limited supply to select Kentucky and Middle Tennessee package stores and restaurants, with additional distribution anticipated in more states over the next year.
MB Roland Distillery was founded by husband and wife team Paul & Merry Beth Tomaszewski. It opened to the public in November of 2009 and makes a wide variety of whiskeys and spirits, taking pride in creating their products “from grain to glass” and using locally grown ingredients.
MB Roland Distillery is also one of the founding members of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour®, a network of craft distilleries that runs throughout the state.
MB Roland Distillery is located at 137 Barkers Mill Rd, Pembroke, KY 42266, near the TN/KY state line. It is 1.3 miles off Exit 89, Kentucky’s first exit off I-24 W. You may visit their website at www.mbroland.com.
