CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Roni Necole Proctor, 27, has been indicted by a grand jury, according to court documents.

Proctor was charged with DUI, vehicular assault, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment after she collided head-on with a vehicle May 16 on Highway 48/13. She is accused of being under the influence of prescription drugs during the crash. She was arrested Sept. 9.

The other vehicle was driven by Kylie Eastin, 17, who was seriously injured in the crash. Her passenger, Ashley Travis, 15, is still recovering from her injuries. The Montgomery Central High School cheerleaders were on their way to school at the time of the crash.
