CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – ESPN Clarksville is teaming up with Bojangles to recognize Kyle Blackburn as the Bojangles APSU Athlete of the Week from Austin Peay State University. The senior from Camden, Tennessee is an outfielder for the Governors baseball team.

Blackburn had four hits and four RBI’s to pace the Austin Peay team that pounded out 20 hits in a 16-11 Ohio Valley Conference Victory against Murray State at Raymond C. Hand Park. The Govs swept the three-game OVC set and claimed sole possession of third place in the OVC race after three weekends.

Austin Peay scored in each of the first four innings, jumping out to a 11-3 lead. Blackburn delivered a two-run double in the
Gov’s five-run first inning. He also had a RBI in the three-run fourth inning.
