CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Head Start program will be taking applications for 3- 4-year-old children for the next school year.
Head Start is a non-profit agency that provides free pre-kindergarten services to 3 and 4-year-old children and their parents.

• 03/09 10a.m.-3p.m. Public Library

• 03/22 10a.m.-3p.m. Salvation Army
• 04/04 10a.m.-3p.m. Former Cumberland Heights School

Parents or caregivers should bring, if possible:
• All proof of income — tax forms, W-2, proof of child support, pay stubs, or proof of government assistance (including WIC).
• Child’s birth certificate.
• Any proof of a child’s disabling condition.
• Identification
• Proof of medical insurance
• Any documentation of immunization, well-being check-up and dental visit.
• Proof of custody, if child lives outside the parents’ home.
