He was born on Mar 16, 1970 to Rudolph and Mary Louise Gaines. He served in the U S Army for 22 years.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Haley Gaines; Mother, Mary Louise Gaines; Children, Lacey, Lakin, DeChaun, Brandon, Lizbeth, Lexington, Leighton, and Leah; brother and sisters also survive.
