“J” Robert John Bartels Jr., age 46 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, Jan 02, 2016 at Tri Star Ashland City Medical Center.
He was born on Feb 26, 1969 in Buckhannon, West Virginia to Robert John Bartels Sr. and Jessica Dianne Tuttle.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Bartels; Daughters, Dianne Bean (Gary), Leslie Phillips (Dennis); Son, Tomas Bartels; Brother, Christopher Bartels; Sister, Martha Ebel; Granddaughter, Jessica Dianne Phillips and Grandson, Robert James Bartels.
