James Lee Williams, Jr., 68, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Jimmie was born on November 6, 1946, in Montgomery County, TN to the late James Lee Williams, Sr. and Flora Mae Mosely Williams. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Bertha Marie Coleman.
Memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, with Rev. Willie Lee Cage, Sr. officiating.
Jimmie worked as a farmer for Ussery Farms, Pepsi Cola Company, cab driver for Ewing Cab, bus driver for the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, and truck driver for Clarksville Moving and Storage. He was also a frequent caller on Greg Walker’s SportsTalk radio show.
Jimmie is survived by two brothers, John Williams and Fred Williams of Clarksville, TN; four sisters, Mildred Louise Sherman, Clara Cage, Cynthia Williams of Clarksville, TN, and Annie Randal of Macon, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
