Derrick Dion Austin Hickman, Jr., 22, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Derrick was born on August 24, 1993, in Chicago, IL to Derrick Dion Austin, Sr. and Consuela Samuel. He was preceded in death by his son, Noah Emiliano Jass-Hickman.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Frank Hargrove officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015, from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Derrick was a production specialist with PCS Trucking.
Derrick is survived by his father, Derrick Dion Austin, Sr. (Shawn) of Clarksville, TN; his mother that raised him, Ida Byrd Hickman of Gallatin, TN; six brothers, Larry Hickman (Victoria) of Hendersonville, TN, Terry Hickman (Carletta) of Greenbriar, TN, Fayion Hickman, Dion Derrick Austin of Champagne, IL, Derionte Gayles, and Demonte Gayles of Clarksville, TN; two sisters, April Austin of Nashville, TN and Tariya Austin of Clarksville, TN; beloved aunts and uncles; host of nieces, nephews, countless friends, and loved ones that he adored.
