CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Woodlawn man has been indicted on charges of sexual exploitation and solicitation of a minor.
According to court documents, 44-year-old Donald Lewis Treat was indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury in September for incidents that allegedly occurred on or about June 4, 2015.
The indictment says Treat “unlawfully, intentionally or knowingly did engage in simulated sexual activity that is patently offensive or in sexual activity for the purpose of having a minor view the simulated sexual activity or sexual activity including circumstances where the minor is in the presence of the person.”
The second count against Treat says he “unlawfully, intentionally or knowingly, by means of oral communication to a minor child, did demand, request or hire said minor child at a time when said Defendant knew or should have known that (the minor) was less than 18 years of age, to engage in conduct that would commit the criminal offense of aggravated statutory rape.”
The minor was 16 years old at the time of the offenses.
Treat has a record of other charges dating back to June 2014, including vandalism, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, violation of probation, and contempt.
