CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Two people were killed in a house fire on Mills Drive Tuesday morning.
The victims have been identified as Francine Jackson, 54, and Latasha Jackson, 18.
Clarksville Fire Rescue confirmed the fatalities and said the fire started sometime before 7:30 a.m.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and is still under investigation.
This is the second fatal fire that has occurred in Montgomery County in the past week. Three people were killed in a fire in Woodlawn last Friday.
