CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Two employees were stabbed following an alleged altercation with a customer at China King Buffet on Lowes Dr. Friday night.
According to a police report, a party of four unknown individuals (two white females and two white males) ate at the restaurant. Three of them left after the meal, leaving an unknown male suspect to pay the bill.
The manager told police the suspect attempted to pay with what appeared to be a counterfeit $50 bill, which he determined by using a currency marker. The two began to argue, and the suspect grabbed the bill and left the restaurant.
Two employees followed the man out to the parking lot where a physical fight ensued, according to the report. One employee was stabbed in the lower right leg and the other was stabbed on his upper back right side.
The report states that neither of the victims were able to describe exactly what happened and how they received their wounds and they were both taken to Gateway Medical Center for treatment.
The suspects left in a vehicle described as a blue or green four door sedan. No suspect descriptions were given.
