Thomas Walter McCrobie, age 71, of Clarksville, died Monday, February 17, 2014, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville.
He was born in Wheeling, WV, to the late Thomas Sylvester McCrobie and Audrey Purnell McCrobie. Thomas was also preceded in death by one son, Jason McCrobie.
Mr. McCrobie was a US Army Veteran, having served over 20 years.
No services are planned. Interment will take place at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – West, in Hopkinsville, KY, at a later date.
Thomas is survived by two sons, Thomas McCrobie, of Maryland, and Timothy McCrobie, of Arkansas; four daughters, Michelle Bolin, of Utah, Sabrina Ward, Jerrie Free, of Alabama, and Paige Mason; brother, Larry (Anita) McCrobie, of Clarksville; sister, Sally (Ken) Carlson, of Ohio; and sixteen grandchildren.
