NASHVILLE, Tenn. – According to a statement issued by TBI Executive Officer Illana Tate, The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed search warrants at various locations in connection with the case of missing woman Holly Bobo on the morning of Friday, February 28.

Bobo disappeared from her home in Darden, Tennessee, which is about 100 miles west of Nashville, on April 13, 2011, and has not been seen or heard from her since that time.

“To say we have a suspect in this case would be premature.” Officer Tate said.

The TBI informed News 2 that they had executed search warrants in various locations, including what looks like an abandoned home on Adams Lane, near exit 126 off of Interstate 40 in Decatur County, just 15 miles from the Bobo’s home.

TBI agents blocked the entrance onto the property. Officials told News 2 there are two homes on the property. It is unclear who, if anyone, lives there.

Officer Tate said that TBI Director Mark Gwyn will be meeting with media in Holladay, TN off of exit 126 at 3:30., though the meeting is not a press conference. There is no further information that can be released at this time.

According to News 2, Bobo is five feet, three inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has blue eyes and shoulder-length blonde hair and was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans and black flip flops.

A $250,000 reward is being offered in the case.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
