TBI adds Clarksville man to Most Wanted list

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Cedric Dion Laster Jr., aka “C Choppa” has been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s (TBI) most wanted list, according to the TBI website.

Laster is wanted by the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) for aggravated robbery. Authorities say he he approached two strangers July 30 asking for a ride. When he got in the vehicle, Laster robbed the occupants at gunpoint, forcing them to to take him to two separate ATMs where they withdrew $300 in cash.

Laster then told the male victims to drive to another location, where he fled with the money and the victim’s iPhones.

According to police, Laster has tattoos on his upper right and left arms and back. He also has pierced ears. A warrant for his arrest is on file.
