CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide Endangered Child Alert on behalf of the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office for 8-month-old Xavier Billings.
Xavier is a white male, 0’20” tall, 17 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen with his biological parents Andrew Billings and Adriana Billings on Thursday, November 10 after they fled the scene of a crash in Dekalb County and a mobile methamphetamine lab was found in their vehicle.
Both Andrew and Adriana Billings have active warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse out of Dekalb County, Tennessee.
Adriana is a 19-year-old white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is 5’1″ and weighs 195 pounds.
Andrew is a 29-year-old white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 5’6″ and weighs 170 pounds.
