SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – The son of a man accused of raping and murdering a 7-year-old Scottsville girl was arrested Monday night.
WKRN TV reports that Bradley Madden, Timothy Madden’s oldest son, was arrested Monday night in Lafayette on a warrant from Scottsville police. The 20-year-old is charged with making a terroristic threat in the third-degree and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
He was booked in the Macon County jail around 11:30 p.m., and a $2,500 cash bond has been set.
Bond was set at $1 million for his father during a Monday court appearance.
Timothy Madden is charged with kidnapping, rape, sodomy, and murder in connection to the murder of Gabriella “Gabbi” Doolin’s death on Nov. 13.
The 7-year-old was reported missing at 7:40 p.m. and found dead just 25 minutes later at 8:05 p.m. in a small stream of water nearby.
Kentucky State Police believe Madden raped and sodomized Gabbi before strangling her with his hands and drowning her.
