SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WKRN) – Bradley Madden, the son of the man accused of killing 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin, has been indicted on four counts of statutory rape by a Macon County grand jury in an unrelated case.
Sheriff Mark Gammons told News 2 the investigation involving Bradley Madden has been ongoing for approximately three months.
Police did not give any indication when the alleged incident occurred. The minor, whose age was not released, is from Tennessee.
The 20-year-old is currently jailed in the Simpson County jail after he was arrested in November for threatening the Scottsville Police Department.
His father, Timothy Madden, is charged with kidnapping, rape, sodomy and murder for Doolin’s death. The 7-year-old was found dead on Nov. 14 in a small stream of water after she was reported missing at a little league football game.
Bradley Madden will be extradited back to Macon County to face the new charges against him.
