Screaming Eagles stop by 5-Star Radio and Clarksville Now

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Soldiers with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team “Strike” from Fort Campbell paid a visit to 5-Star Radio and Clarksvillenow.com Thursday, August 29.
Cpt. David Dunn, Sgt Ryan Sharp and Sgt. Eric Abendroth are with the Public Affairs Office of the 2nd Brigade on Post.

The Soldiers toured the studios of Z 97.5, Beaver 100.3 FM, Q-108, Eagle 94.3, ESPN Clarksville 100.7 FM and 540 AM along with the offices of Clarksvillenow.com. On-air personalities and staff shared information with the Soldiers on how news, weather and sports are prepared and reported for both broadcast and online.

Sgt. Sharp talked about why the Soldiers were spending time with their fellow members of the media. “We wanted to come over and see how you guys operated and get to know everybody who’s here, put faces with names and build a working relationship with Clarksville Now and 5-Star Radio,” Sharp said.
