FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – For the third year in a row, the USO Fort Campbell is hosting the USO Ten Miler fundraiser to support programs and services for troops and families at Fort Campbell.

The event includes a ten mile race, a 5K, and a one mile fun run, and is open to military and civilian runners and walkers.

Like 2013, the USO Ten Miler events are stroller and recumbent bicycle friendly. One big change in 2014, however, is the addition of a 5K option. Also, the 2014 event sports a less expensive registration fee (down to $20).

The Ten Miler will be held March 15 at 8 a.m. at the new Physical Fitness Center on Thurman Road at Fort Campbell. The race is open to service members, families, and civilians. A maximum of 1,500 people can participate.

Runners and walkers can register here. Anyone wishing to participate in the free 1-mile fun run must also register. The 2014 USO Ten Miler is part of the Eagle Challenge Fitness Tour; more information can be found here.
