CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A delivery driver was robbed while delivering pizzas Sunday night in Clarksville.
According to a news release, the victim attempted to deliver three pizzas to an address at Orchard Park Apartments on Lancaster Rd., only to discover the residents had not actually placed an order.
As the driver was walking back to his vehicle, he was attacked from behind by two or three males and fell to the ground.
The males then took the three pizzas he was delivering and the tip money he collected.
According to the victim, one suspect was wearing a black hoodie and another was wearing a red hoodie. He saw them run off in the direction of Grand View Apartments.
A canine tried to seek out the suspects but was unsuccessful.
