NASHVILLE, Tenn. ‐The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s (TBI) recent addition to the state’s Most Wanted list has been captured after being added to the list five days ago.

Wednesday morning at approximately 11:00 a.m., Cedric Dion Laster Jr. aka “C Choppa” was taken into custody without incident at his place of employment in Hopkinsville, Kentucky by TBI Agents, members of the US Marshal’s Task Force and officers of the Hopkinsville Police Department. Information from several sources led law enforcement to Laster’s location.

Cedric Dion Laster Jr. aka “C Choppa” was wanted by the Clarksville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Clarksville Police charged Laster with one felony count of Aggravated Robbery. On July 30, 2013, Laster approached two males who agreed to give him a ride to another location. Upon getting into their vehicle, Laster brandished a handgun and forced the driver to take him to two separate ATM machines to withdraw $300 in cash. Additionally, Laster compelled the driver to go to the last location where he fled on foot with both victims’ cell phones and money.

Laster has been transported to the Christian County Jail in Hopkinsville and will be held there until his extradition to Tennessee.
