CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle on Fort Campbell Blvd. near the intersection of Airport Rd. by Gate 1.
Officer Natalie Hall said the motorcycle and a passenger vehicle collided and the driver of the motorcycle, identified as 34-year-old Clarksville resident John B. Cruz, died at the scene. There were no other injuries.
The passenger vehicle was driven by 42-year-old Clarksville resident Vernard D. Jackson.
Traffic was shut down Wednesday afternoon but all lanes have reopened.
