The building which currently houses the heart of country music will be an official part of American history.
The Grand Ole Opry has been added to America’s National Register of Historic Places to protect it for future generations.
The Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee is the sixth building to have housed the Opry and has been in use since 1974.
