HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – Four suspects have been indicted in a sexual assault case involving a teenage boy in Hopkinsville.
They will be arraigned in Christian County Court Wednesday morning.
The victim was assaulted at a residence on Lafayette Rd. Oct. 14, and a video of the incident was recorded and distributed. A total of six people were arrested in connection with the case.
Captain Chris Miller with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office said the following individuals were indicted by the Christian County Grand Jury Friday and will remain in custody:
20 year old Dayton Jones of Hopkinsville
• Sodomy 1st (with serious physical injury)
• Distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor
• Promoting a sexual performance by a minor (with physical injury)
• Use of a minor in a sexual performance (with physical injury)
19 year old Tyler Perry of Hopkinsville
• Sodomy 1st (with serious physical injury)
• Promoting a sexual performance by a minor (with physical injury)
• Use of a minor in a sexual performance (with physical injury)
• Tampering with physical evidence
18 year old Samuel Miller of Hopkinsville
• Sodomy 1st(with serious physical injury)
• Distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor
• Promoting a sexual performance by a minor (with physical injury)
• Use of a minor in a sexual performance (with physical injury)
17 year old Hopkinsville Juvenile
• Sodomy 1st(with serious physical injury)
• Distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor
• Promoting a sexual performance by a minor (with physical injury)
• Use of a minor in a sexual performance (with physical injury)
• Tampering with physical evidence
