ARLINGTON, Va. – Staff Sgt. Thomas Allen Baysore, Jr., 31, of Milton, Pa. was buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., Tuesday, Oct. 15.

The Fort Campbell soldier died Sept. 26 as a result of combat-related injuries sustained in Paktya Province, Afghanistan. Baysore was assigned to Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, at Fort Campbell, as a squad leader.

Baysore is survived by his spouse, Jamie L. Baysore of Clarksville, Tenn., his son, Jamie L. Baysore, age 5, of Clarksville, Tenn., his mother, Sandra Hackerberg of Winfield, Pa., and his father, Thomas Baysore of Milton, Pa.
